Here you can order all AQVOX products on prepayment basis

After receipt of your online order we send you a confirmation by e-mail and an attached proforma invoice for your prepayment. We ship the goods via insured Deutsche-Post/DHL, as soon as the invoice amount is booked to our account.

Money Back Guarantee
After receipt of the parcel, you have the possibility to test the equipment extensively. If you wish to return the goods for any reason, you can do this within one month. In this case we will arrange for a refund of your money. The conditions for a return in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations are stated at the bottom of this page.

Return policy in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations

If you inform us that you wish to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched, we will refund your payment in full. In all cases, failure to take reasonable care of goods before they are returned, which results in damage or deterioration, will be charged for the reduction in value. If the goods are not faulty or misdescribed, we will usually require you to pay postage on this return. If you wish to return goods after this time, or if you are otherwise not able to fulfil these conditions, then return will be at our discretion.
